Marcel Kannekens

Marcel Kannekens was engaged by BC Partners as an operating advisor in 2017. He brings over 25 years of experience in executive management and consulting. Mr. Kannekens is partner at Park Corporate Finance in Amsterdam and currently serves on the non-executive boards of a number of companies in the Netherlands. Prior to that, he worked for over 15 years in Unilever, as CFO of the frozen food & ice cream business in the Benelux, as managing director of Unilever’s meat business and in a variety of supply chain and finance roles in Europe and South America. He lectures private equity management at the international MBA programme of the University of Hasselt (Belgium).

Education:

Masters degree in Economics and Business Studies and Chartered Accountant degree from the Erasmus University of Rotterdam
